ASERCOM takes annual summit online

BELGIUM: ASERCOM, the European refrigeration and air conditioning components manufacturers’ group, is taking its annual summit online in January, with the F-gas regulation revision among topics to be discussed.

The summit, which is open to all, will take place on 29 January 2021. Participation will be free of charge, with registration for the event via the association’s website (www.asercom.org) available from January onwards.

The central theme of the ASERCOM Summit will be the change in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, which was triggered primarily by the F-gas regulation and is now receiving new impetus from the European Green Deal. The forthcoming revision of the F-gas regulation will be examined and important impulses for politics and EU administration will be discussed.

The summit will also discuss the certification of condensing units according to Ecodesign Regulation EU 2015/1095.
