Caverion acquires German company Schulz Lufttechnik

GERMANY: Caverion Deutschland has acquired Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH, a family-run company offering solutions in the fields of ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, filter and cleanroom technology.

Established in 1964, Schulz Lufttechnik has over 30 employees and annual revenue of more than €5.5m. The company is based in Sprockhövel, North Rhine-Westphalia.

In a statement, Caverion said that the company would remain an independent company within Caverion Germany with co-owner Dr Arndt Schulz continuing as managing director. 

Schulz Lufttechnik GmbH is said to have a strong expertise in the cleanroom sector with customers including universities, clinics, and companies in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. 

Caverion Deutschland GmbH, formerly known as YIT Germany, is a German subsidiary of the Swedish Caverion Group. The company focuses on building technology and industrial solutions, operating in various sectors like hospitals, office buildings, industrial plants, and airports. They offer services ranging from installation and maintenance of base and smart technologies to digital solutions and advisory services.
