FINLAND: Finnish building services company Caverion has agreed the acquisition of the service and maintenance business of Johnson Controls Finland for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Helsinki, the Johnson Controls Finland business specialises in industrial refrigeration. It has eight employees who will be transferred to Caverion, joining a team with more than 220 refrigeration engineers. It has estimated annual net sales of €700,000.

“Johnson Controls is known for its heat pump and industrial refrigeration, as well as the professional expertise of its field team.
