Caverion expands reach in Austria

AUSTRIA: Building services company Caverion Österreich has acquired Austrian contractor Lepuschitz Kältetechnik GmbH. 

Headquartered in Wernberg in the centre of the Carinthia province, Lepuschitz Kältetechnik was founded in the 1970s and was owned at the time of the sale by Equans Kältetechnik GmbH. With 18 employees, the company has an annual revenue of approximately €4.2m.

Lepuschitz Kältetechnik is active in supermarket refrigeration as well as commercial cooling and air conditioning. The range of services extends from the planning and installation of new systems to the optimisation and servicing of existing systems, including a 24/7 emergency service throughout Carinthia and East Tyrol.

Through partnerships with international manufacturers of refrigeration equipment, Lepuschitz Kältetechnik serves international customers in the Carinthia region (REWE, Lidl, M-Preis). In addition, services are provided to several regional customers within the hospitality sector and public contractors.
