Chillventa exhibitor numbers reach 947

GERMANY: With 947 exhibitors booked for October’s Chillventa exhibition, the organiser is expecting another visitor attendance of over 30,000.

Chillventa has always been characterised by a strong international presence and, with the show nearing a sell-out, the proportion of exhibitors from abroad in 2024 will be around 75% from almost 50 countries.

The 947 exhibitors currently listed on the organiser’s website represents a 12% increase on the 2022 event and takes the exhibition back towards the pre-covid 2018 record of 1,019 exhibitors.

NürnbergMesse, the organiser, expects a similarly high turn-out from overseas visitors, which in 2022 stood at 56%.

“Compared to the post-covid event in 2022, we are once again seeing an increase in visitor numbers,” commented Chillventa director Daniela Heinkel. “In terms of space, we have already surpassed the final figure for the previous event, with growth of 5%. 

“Apart from a very small number of remaining spaces, we are already almost fully booked.”

Chillventa takes place at the NürnbergMesse in Nuremberg from 8-10 October. It is preceded by the Chillventa Congress on October 7, which will give experts from around the world the chance to learn about the latest trends and developments in depth.
