Coolsys buys Syracuse-based contractor

USA: CoolSys, the US group of refrigeration and HVAC companies, has acquired Syracuse-based contractor ABC Refrigeration & HVAC. 

ABC Refrigeration & HVAC serves supermarket, retail and commercial businesses in New York, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire and New Jersey. Their service-solutions include commercial refrigeration and HVAC installation, service and maintenance, and HVAC fabrication. 

As a second-generation, family-owned business, ABC was purchased in 1976 by Carmen Ligoci and has grown from one to 160 employees.
