Daikin plans to double R&D in Turkey

TURKEY: Daikin is to build a new R&D facility for air conditioning and heat pumps at its factory in Hendek, Turkey.
The €3.5m investment in the new 4,500m2 facility will double the currently available R&D space. It is expected to be ready by April 2024.
The Daikin products designed in Turkey are tailored to local market and climate needs, mainly for Turkey, the Middle East, North Africa and Central Asian countries.
