Danfoss reorganises sales after Russian exit

DENMARK: Danfoss has reorganised its Central Asia sales unit following the Danish manufacturer’s announcement of a controlled exit from the Russian market.
Danfoss says that Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Armenia will now be part of the Turkey, Middle East, and Africa region as an independent Central Asia unit.
The company says it does not expect the transfer to impact relationship with partners and customers, and business will continue as usual.
On April 1, Danfoss announced a controlled exit from activities in Russia and Belarus as a result of the war with Ukraine. It has been operating in Russia since 1993 and had an office in Moscow.
