Dantherm buys Spanish evaporative cooler firm

DENMARK: Dantherm, the Danish manufacturer of climate control products and solutions, has acquired the Spanish evaporative cooling company Termigo.

Based in Valencia, Termigo has been established for more than 20 years, offering a range of stationary evaporative coolers and control systems to the Spanish market. It has 11 employees specialised in sales, technical application support, product assembly and after sales service.

According to Dantherm president and CEO Casper Andersen, the acquisition of Termigo is a key milestone in Dantherm Group’s expansion strategy.

“Termigo further strengthens our position in Spain, which is an important market for us. We are excited about the opportunities that Termigo provides in terms of market presence in Spain and the potential to expand our evaporative cooling product offering to existing and new customers outside Spain.”

Termigo will be integrated into the Dantherm Group while continuing to operate in the market under the Termigo brand.
