DeLclima confirms new group structure

melco-structure

ITALY: The board of Climaveneta, RC Group, and DeLclima Finance has approved the merger of the three companies into a single entity.

The Italian air conditioning companies, purchased by Mitsubishi Electric at the beginning of this year, will become operational as Mitsubishi Electric Hydronics & IT Cooling Systems SpA from January 1.

Climaveneta and RC Group will evolve from being two different legal entities into divisions. The administration, finance, health environment and safety, IT, and quality departments will be centralised. Purchasing and HR are already centralised.

The 100% purchase of the Italian group, which includes chiller manufacturer Climaveneta and specialist air conditioning and cooling brand RC Group, was completed on February 24.
