Efficient Energy wins Euro technology award

FRANCE: Efficient Energy, the German company producing chillers using water as the refrigerant, has been named as the winner of the Technological Solutions category in this year’s European Technology Awards.

The Technological Solutions award was one of 18 awards announced across a broad spectrum of industry at a special presentation at the Ritz Hotel, Paris, last night.

Organised by the Professional and Business Excellence Institute, an EU-funded organisation that rewards professional industry-wide excellence and the good work of companies and entities, the European Technology Awards were created to promote excellence and knowledge through teaching, research, and proactive networking.

Efficient Energy has developed the only series-manufactured chillers worldwide, which use water as a refrigerant. In February it announced it had become the refrigeration industry’s first manufacturer to offer climate neutral chillers after the production of its entire eChiller product family was verified by climate protection expert ClimatePartner.
