Embraco hosts flammables webinar

BRAZIL: Compressor manufacturer Embraco will host two free educational webinars in June, one covering refrigeration fundamentals, the other on the use of flammable “natural” refrigerants in commercial refrigeration.  

The first one, Refrigeration Basics and Compressor Technical, will cover the refrigeration fundamentals, compressor main parts, electrical components and common problems in the field. This webinar will be presented by Denny Martin, technical service specialist at Nidec Global Appliance, responsible for technical service of Embraco compressors in the North American region. 

This webinar will be held on June 4 at 19.00 (BST).

The second webinar, Flammable Natural Refrigerant Use In Commercial Refrigeration, will cover the fundamentals of natural refrigerants evolution, regulations, environmental aspects, reasons for choosing natural refrigerants, safety recommendations and compressors replacement. 

It will be presented by Matthew Sopp, key account manager at Nidec Global Appliance, with responsibility for the distribution and aftermarket sector for the Embraco brand in North America.  

This webinar will be held on June 18 at 19.00 (BST).

The ones in Spanish are Natural refrigerants and trends in commercial refrigeration (June 11) and Condensing units and variable speed (June 25).
