Empower to supply district cooling to Palm Gateway

UAE: Empower has signed an agreement to supply 9,470RT of district cooling to the Palm Gateway project in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. 

Palm Gateway consists of three interconnected residential towers and a comprehensive range of modern amenities, including retail outlets, fine-dining restaurants, shopping facilities, healthcare centers, and fitness establishments.

The cooling service is expected to begin in the second quarter of 2026.
