Epta buys Spanish contractor SET Refrigeración

ITALY/SPAIN: Commercial refrigeration equipment manufacturer Epta has acquired the Spanish contracting company SET Refrigeración SL.

Incorporated in 2016 and based in Seville, SET Refrigeración is a long-standing partner of Epta Iberia SAU. It specialises in the installation and after sales activities of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Epta sees the acquisition as another step in the Group’s expansion strategy in Spain and the strengthening of its after-sales service network. The synergy between SET Refrigeración and EptaService’s network in Andalusia enabling Epta to improve the efficiency and quality of the service offered to local customers.
