Epta CEO becomes Knight of Labour

ITALY: Marco Nocivelli, president and CEO of commercial refrigeration group Epta, has been awarded Italy’s Knight of Labour for his services to industry.
Established in 1901, the knighthood of labour is conferred every year on June 2, Italy’s Republic Day, to 25 prominent figures who have distinguished themselves in the sectors of agriculture, industry, commerce, crafts and credit and insurance.
Son of founder Luigi Nocivelli, Marco Nocivelli (54) joined the family business in the early 90s, becoming managing director of Costan in 2000.
Describing the award as “a great honour”, Marco Nocivelli said the recognition was also a reward for the commitment and determination of all the Group’s collaborators – “the real engine of Epta’s growth in Italy and worldwide,” he said.
