Gamst resigns as Daikin Germany MD

GERMANY: The German media is reporting that Gunther Gamst has resigned as MD of Daikin Airconditioning Germany after 23 years with the company.

He will be replaced by Filip de Graeve, joint MD of Daikin Airconditioning Central Europe Handels GmbH, based in Austria.

Gamst has been MD since 2011. He joined Daikin in 1996, holding a number of regional sales management roles until being appointed sales director in 2009.
