Hasan Onder appointed president of Daikin MEA

MIDDLE EAST: It is reported that Hasan Onder, CEO of Daikin Turkey, has taken on the added responsibility of president of the Daikin Middle East, Africa and CIS region.
Onder founded Turkish HVAC manufacturer Airfel in 1999, which became a subisdiary of Sanko Holding, one of Turkey’s biggest groups in 2001. He was a board member when Airfel was acquired by Daikin in 2011.
As Daikin Turkey CEO, Onder already presides over the manufacturing and R&D operations of the company’s air conditioning and heat pumps factory in Hendek.
