IGas USA to produce R32 in the UAE

USA/UAE: IGas USA, a leading producer and seller of refrigerant gases, has opened a new 2,000,000ft2 (186,000m2) production facility on 160,000m2 of land in Abu Dhabi.

Currently, iGas is in process of fulfilling their first production run with initial deliveries to arrive in the US early next year. 

Ben Meng, CEO and founder of iGas USA, revealed that the company aims to manufacture 40,000MT of R32 per year. 

IGas was established in the early 1990’s with sister company, BMP International Inc. BMP offered air conditioning wholesalers a range of tools and components, such as condenser tie down clips, air handler stands, and refrigerant tank holder racks. The company expanded into the aftermarket in 2011 growing to become a national supplier of refrigerant gases, and creating iGas USA in 2019.
