Latvian refrigeration association joins AREA

LATVIA/BELGIUM: The Latvian Association of Refrigeration Equipment Engineers (LSIA) has joined the European contractors group AREA.
Founded in 1998, LSIA is a non-profit association and a certification organisation based in Riga which brings together refrigeration equipment engineers, technicians, trainers and companies in the sector. It boasts 105 member companies.
Commenting on its AREA membership, the Latvian association’s director Inna Saranina said: “AREA offers precious resources with access to exceptional professional experience, practical and legislative knowledge related to the sector and great networking opportunities.”
AREA now represents 24 member associations from 22 countries, including 19 out of the 27 EU member states.
