Linumgroup acquires Swedish wholesaler

BELGIUM/SWEDEN: The Belgian Linumgroup, a manufacturer and distributor of HVACR parts and accessories, has acquired the Swedish wholesaler Luftexpressen AB.

Founded in 2020 and located in Helsingborg, Luftexpressen is a supplier of components, tools and accessories for the HVAC installer, including its own LuftX brand products.

The Linumgroup, with headquarters in Kuurne, Belgium, is active across Europe with branches in France, The Netherlands, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. By adding Luftexpressen the Linumgroup extends its regions into Scandinavia. Other companies in the group include fabric duct company Prihoda and door and hardware manufacturer Fermod.
