Lordan establishes Spanish JV

The SEREVA team

SPAIN: Coil manufacturer Lordan ACS has established a new Spanish company in partnership with Serpentines y Evaporadores SA (SEREVA), a well-known heat exchanger manufacturer near Barcelona.

As part of this strategic move, Lordan has acquired 19.9% of SEREVA’s shares.

Lordan Iberian Coils (LIC) will operate from SEREVA’s facilities, where new production lines are currently being installed.

Full-scale production is set to commence in Q1 2025, enabling Lordan to enhance its service to European markets with increased efficiency and capacity.

“The establishment of LIC in Spain aligns with our strategic expansion plan, further strengthening our global presence,” commented Lordan Group CEO Amnon Shalman. “With three production sites worldwide, we are better positioned to meet customers’ needs in Europe and the United States, delivering solutions of any scale.”

Established in 1980, SEREVA produces customised evaporators for heat exchange, manufacturing finned coils, ventilated evaporators, coils for blast chillers and quality condensers for the most important companies in the commercial refrigeration, Horeca, food industry, vending machines, wine cellars and professional installers sectors.

Lordan ACS has been engineering and manufacturing high quality custom-made fin and tube heat exchangers for the HVACR markets with applications for commercial, industrial, telecommunications, and transportation industries since 1958.
