Lu-Ve returns to growth with record EBITDA

ITALY: Heat exchanger product manufacturer Lu-Ve returned to growth in 2025, with turnover up 2.8% to €605.4m and returning a record EBITDA of €88.7m.
The approved accounts for the 2025 calendar year reveal that the adjusted EBITDA represents 14.7% of turnover, a 7.5% increase on the previous year.
Chairman and CEO Matteo Liberali commented: “We achieved the return to growth anticipated a year ago, thanks to the recovery in the second half of the year and, in particular, the strong acceleration in the fourth quarter (+10.2%).”
Liberali said he expected to see the company make further progress towards its medium- to long-term objectives. “We expect growth to be driven primarily by the “power generation” data centre markets as well as the further recovery of heat pumps, these are all areas in which Lu-Ve continues to strengthen its positioning through advanced and energy-efficient solutions,” he said.
