Mårtensson named as SKVP CEO

SWEDEN: Anders Mårtensson has been named as the new CEO of the Swedish Refrigeration & Heat Pump Association, SKVP, in succession to Per Jonasson.

Mårtensson is currently CEO of the Swedish HVAC association VVS Fabrikanternas Råd on June 1. The appointment follows the announcement in August that Per Jonasson, the SKVP’s CEO for the past 11 years is leaving to join the Swedish certification company Incert on January 18.

After seven years at VVS Fabrikanternas Råd, Mårtensson has gained significant experience of working in an industry organisation and has a broad knowledge of the energy market.

Johan Barth will take the role of acting CEO of SKVP prior to the arrival of Mårtensson. Johan has extensive experience as a board member of SKVP’s board, and until the end of 2019 has worked as CEO of the then Geotec, Swedish Drilling Contractors’ Industry Organisation and CEO of the Swedish Geoenergy Centre.
