NCG buys Swedish contractor

SWEDEN: The Nordic Climate Group (NCG) continues on the acquisition trail, this time with the purchase of Swedish refrigeration and heat pump contractor Kylanläggningar AB.
Following last week’s announcement of the purchase of Danish contractor PVN Køleteknik, NCG has now strengthened its position in the Östergötland and Södermanland regions of eastern Sweden.
Kylanläggningar was founded in 1988, has a turnover of SEK37m (€3.1m) and employs 16 people.
Nordic Climate Group has already established installation and service operations in Östergötland through GS Kylservice and Wester Kylteknik.
NCG was established in 2021 and now has more than 1,200 employees working in some 70 locations. Turnover amounts to approximately SEK 3.5 billion. Nordic Climate Group is owned by a broad consortium of entrepreneurs and employees together with Altor Fund V.
