Seeking the best lower GWP innovations

USA/FRANCE: Entries are now invited for this year’s ASHRAE and UNEP OzonAction Lower GWP Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Innovation Award.

The award promotes innovative design, research and practice by recognising people who have developed or implemented innovative technological concepts applied in developing countries to minimise GWP in refrigeration and air conditioning applications.

This marks the return of the award following the global pandemic which impacted the 2020 and cancelled the 2021 competition. Submissions which were received for the interrupted 2020 competition will be automatically entered into consideration for the 2022 award. Those who submitted entries for 2020 will be allowed to update those entries if desired.

The entry period ends 31 December 2022. Information about the award and the online submission form can be found here.
