Sincold acquired by Italian oven manufacturer

ITALY: Treviso-based ATO Srl, manufacturer of the Sincold brand of blast chillers, has been acquired by Tecnoeka, an Italian manufacturer of professional ovens.

ATO started production of blast chillers in 1997, expanding its range to include refrigerated cabinets and tables and retarder proofing cabinets.
