Torraval acquires cooling tower contractor

SPAIN: Leioa-based Torraval Cooling, part of the Italian MITA Group, has acquired Barcelona-based cooling tower repair and maintenance company Intercal.

The addition of Intercal provides Torraval Cooling with a team of qualified technicians in technical service and an important presence in the eastern part of the Iberian Peninsula.

Torraval Cooling was founded in 1967 and with long local and international experience as a cooling tower manufacturer, designs, manufactures and markets customised cooling equipment. This includes evaporative and adiabatic cooling solutions for the process industry, HVAC and industrial and commercial refrigeration markets.
