Zehnder acquires Dutch heat exchanger firm Recair

SWITZERLAND: The Zehnder Group has acquired Dutch heat exchanger company Recair.

Founded in 2000, and based in in Waalwijk, Recair develops, produces and sells heat exchangers that are primarily designed for use in residential ventilation units. The company employs around 30 people and achieved sales in the region of €6m in 2018.

Recair is to be operated as an independent company within the Zehnder Group, with all of its employees retaining their posts and the two company founders continuing to provide assistance.
