Advansor adds CO2 rack enclosures

DENMARK: Advansor, the CO2 refrigeration specialist, has introduced a new range of enclosures for the flexible placement and fast outdoor installation of cooling and heating solutions.

The rack is mounted in the enclosure from factory, saving installation time on-site and making it possible to place the whole climate solution on a roof, parking lot or backyard.

According to Advansor, the enclosures have a robust design with solid welded steel base frames, fixed roof for weather protection and active cooling inside.

Fully factory tested, assembled and weatherproofed, the enclosures feature 50mm insulation and employ solid welded and galvanised steel base frames with holes for forklift and lifting eyes.

Advansor recommends including the gas cooler in the delivery to make sure everything is calculated for optimal performance and guarantee. Active cooling based on CO2 refrigerant makes it possible to avoid noisy external fans. The active cooling extends the life of components and makes it perfect for placement in warm climates as the temperature is kept below 35ºC.

“With the rack mounted in an enclosure from factory our customers get one delivery, one point of contact, and warranty on the entire solution, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring a seamless and fast installation on-site,” explained Advansor CEO Kristian Breitenbauch.

The enclosures are available in 10 sizes, from 2360mm high x 2320mm long x 1050mm wide up to 2760mm high x 10200mm long x 1370mm wide.
