Advansor upgrades ValuePack CO2 rack

DENMARK: Advansor has announced enhancements to its ValuePack range of CO2 refrigeration packs.

More than 5,000 units have now been produced since the original ValuePack was introduced in 2015. A favourite among retail customers,  the latest upgrade expands the platform’s capacities, making it suitable for a wider range of applications, including cold storage and light industrial applications.

This upgrade delivers up to 139kW in medium temperature, 30kW low temperature and 141kW of heating, all within one energy-efficient solution. In addition, it will provide 25kW air conditioning on the same footprint.

The capacity increase allows for the integration of up to seven compressors in a single unit.

The product is said to be fully configurable with all the energy saving options like low super-heat and cylinder unloading technology and a new option with double controllers connected.

The ValuePack features Advansor’s own receiver design, featuring a built-in suction accumulator and coil providing better protection against liquid from compressors, including liquid slugging.

Like all other Advansor solutions, ValuePack is designed for 130bar as a standard, thereby providing extra capacity and safety, for instance during hot summers.

“One of the most severe challenges to speed up the green transition is lack of skilled workers on site,” commented CEO Kristian Breitenbauch. “Therefore, we do as much as possible in the factory – all components are calculated, tested and validated individually and together, and all controllers are pre-programmed, and the whole solution is CE-marked and I/O tested.”
