Carrier AquaSnap monobloc on R290

UK: Carrier Solutions has announced the UK launch of the AquaSnap 30AWH-P monobloc air-to-water heat pump using R290 refrigerant.
Sold in the UK by Carrier Solutions UK and sister company Viessmann, the 30AWH-P boasts low noise operation, with ErP-rated sound levels starting at 49dB(A), and a user-activated night mode.
For light commercial applications, the heat pump is available in sizes from 4kW to 14kW and can be installed in a cascade system of up to four units of different power sizes. It is also possible to deploy the heat pump in hybrid systems.
Leaving water temperature is up to 75ºC, SCOPs are up to 4.82 and SEERs up to 5.34.
The 30AWH-P offers easier handling due to reduced weight, starting at just 79.3kg and a compact footprint of only 0.41m2. In addition, the simple monobloc design, with its enhanced layout and structure for easy access and straightforward connections, further simplifies installation.
For improved safety, the heat pump includes a gas separator on the leaving water pipe.
Carrier’s Comfort Management T300 room control supports remote control via the Carrier Comfort Management app.
