CO2 pressure switches

GERMANY: Emerson Climate Technologies has introduced a new range of pressure switches for CO2 applications with fixed switch point settings.
The CS3 acts as a protection device for compressors in situations where the system pressure exceeds the desired limits.
The pressure switches are available in both automatic and manual reset versions. The automatic reset versions offer a narrow differential between cut-out and cut-in, reducing the idle time of the compressor in case of sudden pressure increase.
The contacts are designed as single pole double throw for control/alarm function and status reporting. In addition, the pressure switches feature a 2 million cycle reliability.
Customer-specific versions with fixed factory cut-out settings can be made available from 40bar up to 140bar.
