Danfoss BIM Tool includes hydronic products

DENMARK: The new BIM Tool from Danfoss contains a majority of Danfoss’ hydronic HVAC products to simplify and improve the quality of designs.

Developed in cooperation with expert customers, the Danfoss BIM Tool is said to have been refined through extensive beta testing. In addition to the majority of the company’s hydronic HVAC products, it also includes common assembly products’ BIM files, such as control valves and actuators merged into one assembly to meet the preferences of mechanical electrical plumbing designers.

Suitable for use either as a stand-alone product or as a plug-in for Revit users, the BIM Tool is said to be easy to use with its intuitive user interface making it easy to find and download BIM files and technical datasheets.

Danfoss insists that the BIM Tool will be updated regularly to include new products and features.
