Embraco extends unhoused CU range

BRAZIL: Embraco has launched a new range of unhoused condensing units into the European market.

The new range employ Embraco’s NJX and scroll compressors, offering higher cooling capacity by extending the existing range from 2.5 kW to 5 kW.

“This is an affordable and competitive solution for remote systems, serving applications such as cold rooms, milk tanks, reach in cabinets and others,” explained Alessandro Pedrazzi, business senior manager at Nidec Global Appliance.

Embraco’s condensing units can be fully equipped with a liquid line, filter drier, liquid receiver, sight glass, pressure switch and valves.

The range comprises seven models – four MBP models from -20°C to 5°C and three LBP versions from -35°C to -10°C – running on alternative refrigerants such as R449A, R448A and R513A.
