Energy efficient bakery cabinets

Precision-BakeryUK: Precision has launched a new range of bakery cabinets designed to offer quality refrigeration and ultra-low running costs.

Built around the 600 x 400mm patisserie tray format, the new range is of stainless steel construction throughout and is said to employ the latest energy-saving technologies.

The Bakery Range has a wide choice of sizes and configurations, including two- and three-door counters as well as single- and double-door upright cabinets. Collectively they offer capacities ranging from 390 to 1400 litres.

All models are available in both -5 to +5°C retarder and -18 to -22°C freezer variants and all are capable of operating in ambient temperatures of up to 43°C.

“These units have been engineered from the ground up to answer the needs of today’s baker,” said Nick Williams, managing director of Precision.

“They’re a truly sustainable refrigeration solution, built to last and very energy efficient. They’re also practical and attractive, making them suitable for both front- and back-of-house applications.”

Practical design features include the oversized screen electronic controller, which provides precise temperature control; the stylish grill on the counters, which delivers superior airflow; and the internal airflow ducts, which ensure an even temperature throughout the cabinet, regardless of loading.

The range’s green credentials are enhanced by its zero-ODP, high performance insulation and the options of both hydrocarbon and HFC refrigerants.

List prices for the Bakery Range start from £2,885 and all models are available via Precision distributors nationwide.
