High temperature heat pump on R513A

EUROPE: Mitsubishi Electric has launched a new high temperature water-to-water heat pump using lower GWP refrigerant R513A.

The Climaveneta EW-HT-G05 is an upgrade of the EW-HT range and is available in four sizes from 73kW to 130kW to provide water temperatures up to 78°C.

With two independent circuits, it can operate in part load to improve efficiency during low demand periods and comes with several options such as touch screen display, refrigerant leak detection and Master-Client group controls.

With a wide operating envelope, the EW-HT can support a range of commercial applications by interfacing between the low temperature hot water circuit and the hot water circuit.

It can also be harmonised with Mitsubishi Electric’s Integra range of 4-pipe heating and cooling equipment.

An R134a version is also available.
