Kelvion Hybrid cooler in perfect balance

GERMANY: Kelvion’s new Hybrid cooler with its dry and wet cooling mode is said to achieve the perfect balance between water and energy consumption.

Designed to bridge the gap between standard adiabatic coolers and cooling towers, the Hybrid is fully optimised for both dry and wet cooling modes.

It can achieve a lower environmental footprint than an adiabatic system, while consuming significantly less water compared with a cooling tower. It can be tailored to suit specific applications especially in hot and very hot climates.

Available in five sizes from 800kW to 3400kW, the range incorporates models with 10, 12, 14, 16 or 18, 910mm diameter EC fans.

Switching from dry to wet mode is automatic, while enhanced water distribution ensures uniform wetting of the entire coil.

It boasts an efficient water recirculation system with auto drain and advanced water control management.

The coil has anti-corrosion protection.
