Locate your heat pump with Mitsubishi app

UK: Mitsubishi Electric has produced a new augmented reality app specially designed to assist households in visualising an Ecodan air-source heat pump in their home before buying.

The tool is designed to allow users to see exactly how a heat pump will fit in their space, helping them make informed decisions about placement and installation.

The new AR app allows homeowners to adjust placement to find the best location for installation before purchasing and understand the size, shape, and impact of the unit in a space.

In addition, it enables users to view product information and watch an educational video on how a heat pump works.

“By using AR, we are making it easier than ever for households to understand the benefits of an air source heat pump, simplifying the decision-making process, ensuring that they have all the information needed to choose the best place for an Ecodan in their home,” commented Mitsubishi Electric product marketing manager Joanna Crown.
