MHI adds to R32 air conditioner range

JAPAN: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries is launching a new European line of single fan and multiple room outdoor unit air conditioners optimised for lower GWP refrigerant R32.
Launched specifically for the European market, the product lineup will include six models with capacities of 4hp, 5hp, and 5.5hp. Each is available in either single- or three-phase models.
The series will optimise the company’s top-selling Micro KX models in the European market. The latest model will keep its current single fan design to maintain its small and lightweight size, but offer increased efficiency. Additional innovations include updating the compressor motor to a concentrated winding type to increase performance and lower standby power consumption.
