Midea offers fast, “breezeless” cooling

SPAIN: Chinese air conditioning manufacturer Midea has developed a new split system which is said to combine fast cooling with even and “breezeless” air distribution.

Featured on the company’s stand at last week’s Climatización & Refrigeración exhibition in Madrid, the BreezeleSS+ incorporates Midea’s TwinFlap twin deflector front air outlet with 7928 mini-holes for even cool air dispersion. In addition, the BreezeleSS+ is said to be the first split air conditioner with side air outlets. These S-shaped outlets are specially designed to work with the front outlet to further improve dispersion.

The unit’s high-speed inverter compressor, said to be capable of reaching 65Hz within 6s, combined with fast fan speeds and wide 70mm air outlet can drop air outlet temperature to 23ºC within 40 seconds, Midea claims.
