Panasonic expands ECOi-W heat pump range

UK: Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has introduced a new addition to its ECOi-W air-cooled heat pump range – the ECOi-W Aqua-Z EVO.

Produced in Panasonic’s Italian factory, the new unit with inverter technology in 40kW and 50kW capacities, extends the existing R32 range to cover major commercial needs from 40kW up to 380kW.

In heating mode, the unit provides leaving water temperatures up to 58°C, even at 40°C outdoor air, enabling pre-heating for domestic hot water. In cooling mode it operates with water outlet temperatures as low as -10°C and outdoor temperatures from -15ºC to 48ºC.

Advanced inverter technology helps achieve SCOP seasonal efficiencies of up to 4.52 and SEERs up to 5.651.

Of compact design, the Aqua-Z EVO has a footprint of 2.43m² and is 1.7m high.
