Panasonic goes Solo

GERMANY: Panasonic has unveiled the RAC Solo, a compact and discreet air-to-air heat pump air conditioner designed without an outdoor unit.

Of compact design and using inverter technology, it ensures quiet operation and is said to be ideal for areas with limited space.

The installation process is simple, requiring only two small 162 mm holes (202 mm for the largest capacity) on an external wall. Just 16.5 cm deep, it requires no refrigerant connections.

It is available in four models using R290 and R32 refrigerants with cooling capacities from 0.7kW to 3.5kW and heating capacities from 0.70kW to 3.5kW. It serves as an efficient air-to-air heat pump. Cooling-only modes are also available.
