Sanhua EBV series of electric ball valves

SPAIN: The EBV series of electric ball valves from Sanhua are said to provide precise control of refrigerant flow for a wide range of applications.

Two-way valves can be used to limit fluid injection or as a shut-off valve thanks to their very good sealing when closed (like a solenoid valve, but without noise and fluid hammer).

Three-way valves can be used to distribute fluid to one part of the circuit rather than another (or both at the same time), for heat recovery or distribution between two exchangers, for example.

These valves are fitted with stepper motors, unipolar or bipolar type, separated or integrated, giving very precise control of the flow rate from 2800 to 4000 steps, depending on the model, while maintaining very low energy consumption.

These valves are approved for all HFC refrigerants, a working pressure of 50bar and a temperature range of -40 to +120°C.

They are PED approved and UL certified for the US market.

Mostly bi-directional, they allow full flow of refrigerant, limiting pressure drops in both directions.

They are available in diameters from ⅜in to 2⅛in for two-way valves, and from ½in to ⅞ for three-way valves.

A stainless steel body provides good corrosion resistance, and copper fittings make installation easier.
