Trane adds smaller XStream 1234ze chillers

BELGIUM: Ingersoll Rand is expanding its Trane XStream product range and introducing new small capacity water-cooled chillers and water-to-water heat pumps.

The new XStream RTWF products cover lower capacities between 340kW and 920kW and include models designed with low GWP refrigerants R513A and R1234ze. The use of the less than 1 GWP R1234ze refrigerant makes the XStream RTWF unit capable of delivering heating capacity up to 80ºC.

With the new additions to the portfolio, the XStream screw chillers and heat pumps offer capacities from 340kW to 3700kW, the largest capacity coverage available on the market.
