Apleona acquires Hampshire FM company Corrigenda

UK: Germany-based European integrated facilities management company Apleona has acquired Hampshire-based technical facility management company Corrigenda.

Established in 2000, Corringenda provides technical and energy management services, as well as maintenance and installation services for mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems. Employing around 200 people, including 140 technicians, the company specialises in managing complex facilities and multiple sites, as well as the decarbonisation of buildings.

This is Apleona’s third acquisition in the UK since 2022, with COO Michael Engel commenting that the company would continue to expand and strengthen its European platform through further bolt-on acquisitions in order to achieve a market-leading position in Europe.

Based in Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt am Main, Apleona has over 40,000 employees in more than 30 countries.
