Armstrong to move UK hq

UK: After more than 50 years at West Gorton, Manchester, Armstrong Fluid Technology is to move its hq to a new facility in the Beswick area of the city.

The move to the 7,000m2 Kay Point building just two miles away in Ashton Old Road, Beswick, Manchester, is expected to take place early next year. Kay Point is a single-storey production and warehouse facility with 5,197m2 of industrial space and two stories of offices covering 1,735m2.

The property is on the A635 Ashton Old Road one of the main arterial routes into Manchester city centre with easy links to the A57(M) link to the M602.

Better known until a name change in June of this year as Armstrong Pumps, the Canadian-owned business employs 120 staff at its Manchester head office and has other UK offices in Birmingham and London.
