Fujitsu UK to change name

UK: Fujitsu General Air Conditioning (UK) will change its name to General HVAC Solutions UK Ltd, following the acquisition of the parent company by Paloma Rheem Holdings.

The Japanese parent company completed the sale of its air conditioning business in August, with Paloma announcing the name change to General Inc in October.

The name change will begin across all the company’s domestic and overseas consolidated subsidiaries from January 1.

Fujitsu General Air Conditioning (UK) Limited was established in 1986, and operates from its head office in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
