Guide to pressure equipment regulations

UK: The Institute of Refrigeration’s technical committee has produced an overview of key pressure regulations/directives related to refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
This new Guidance Note covers the key regulations: the Pressure Equipment Directive (2014/68/EU) and the Pressure Equipment (Safety) Regulations (2016). It also covers equipment considerations, pressure relieve devices, Pressure Systems Safety Regulations of 2000, guidance available from the HSE (Safety of pressure systems – Approved code of Practice (ACOP) L122 2014), key obligations of the regulations and has a useful list of additional regulatory guidance related to working with pressure.
