He joins James Anderson, Graham Frew and Sharron Buchanan at the helm of the Broxburn-based commercial refrigeration specialist, formed at the end of last year from the meltdown of Capital Cooling.

Dave McKenzie: Looking to grow the customer base through new routes to market

For the last 10 years Dave has been providing business consultancy services to a number of Scottish companies with his primary focus being sustainable business growth. In addition to his consultancy work Dave has held multiple non-exec roles over the last decade while he also held the vice chair position within the Scottish Sports Futures charity. Prior to this Dave was CEO of Commsworld, Scotland’s largest independent voice and data convergence company where he oversaw a rise in revenue from £400k to more than £8m during his 13 year tenure.

“Dave shares a passion in exceeding customers’ expectations, this aligned with our market leading portfolio will ensure Capital Cooling Refrigeration remains the supplier of choice,” commented Capital’s MD James Anderson.

“We are already very lucky to work with some of the UK’s leading retail, leisure and hospitality chains and I look forward to assisting with the development of these partnerships in addition to growing the customer base through new routes to market,” Dave McKenzie added.
