Mitsubishi absorbs Climaveneta Powermaster

UK: Chiller company Climaveneta Powermaster Ltd has been integrated into the Mitsubishi Electric UK portfolio.

The announcement follows the purchase of DeLclima, the parent company of Climaveneta, in 2015. As a result, Climaveneta Powermaster now becomes a brand within the Mitsubishi Electric product offering with existing staff transferred to Mitsubishi Electric.

“This announcement shows how serious we are about delivering a complete solution for any building or sector,” explained Mitsubishi Electric sales director Deane Flint. “Not only can our customers now purchase market-leading air conditioning, heating and ventilation products from us, they will also be able to access state-of-the-art, dedicated chiller technology.”

Climaveneta Powermaster Ltd was formed in 2014 following the merger between Climaveneta UK and its long-term UK distributor Powermaster. Mitsubishi Electric purchased a 74.97% in the company’s Italian manufacturer owner DeLclima in 2015, completing the 100% acquisition in early 2016.
